When guests submit forms, book appointments, or check in, we collect their name, phone number, email address, booking and visit details, requests, and SMS consent choices.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to guests, provide requested services, send appointment and check-in messages, and keep consent and opt-out records. We send promotions only to people who separately opt in.
Providers that process information
Our booking, CRM, website, and messaging providers process information on our behalf. These include Booksy for Bossier City, Square for Shreveport when booking is enabled, and HighLevel for CRM, forms, and messaging. Shreveport is coming soon; its opening date and Square booking link will be announced.
Mobile numbers and SMS consent
We do not sell mobile numbers or share SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing. Service texts and promotional texts have separate opt-in choices. SMS consent is optional and is not required for booking or service.
