The Nail Den Service Agreement
Welcome to The Nail Den, where luxury meets comfort and your experience is our top priority. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit for everyone, we kindly ask that you review and follow our salon guidelines below:
1. Honest Communication
Your nail journey starts with trust. Be open and honest with your nail technician so we can best care for your nails and bring your vision to life.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
A 100% service fee applies to late cancellations and no-shows. Please review our full Cancellation Policy for details.
3. Arriving on Time
Punctuality helps us provide every guest with the full Nail Den experience. A 10-minute grace period is provided, but arriving later may result in a cancellation and applicable fees.
4. Salon Etiquette
To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, please keep mobile device usage respectful of other guests. Soft voices and mindful phone use help everyone relax.
5. Hand Hygiene
For the health and safety of all, please wash your hands before and after your service. This ensures a clean, fresh experience from start to finish.
6. Children in the Salon
We love little ones, but for their safety and the comfort of all guests, children must be supervised at all times. Unattended children are not permitted.
7. Your Satisfaction Matters
If something doesn’t look or feel right, speak up during your appointment. We want you to leave feeling confident and completely satisfied.
